What to Expect

Your first visit will be 60 minutes.

Return visits will be 30 minutes and acute visits will last 15 minutes.

We try very hard to offer same day acute appointments.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service.  We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). The cost of a visit varies based on the complexity and/or time involved.  Please call the office with specific questions.

Insurance Coverage

Most insurance companies in Washington State cover services provided by Naturopathic Doctors – Please call your insurance provider to verify your coverage.  The following insurance companies are accepted are:  Regence, Premera, Lifewise, First Choice Health, Kaiser (only plans with a First Choice Health network), Amerigroup, Coordinated Care, and Molina (Apple Health/DSHS).  If you have another insurance provider, payment will be due at the time of service and a superbill can be provided upon request to submit yourself for out-of-network reimbursement.  Please contact us if you have any specific questions.

We currently do not bill insurance for Acupuncture services.

Cancelation Policy

Appointments require 24 hour cancelation notice.  Less than 24 hours and no shows will incur a $50 charge.  Please be mindful if changes are needed.

Communication

Portal:  Patient Ally is the portal where you can complete the intake form(s), communicate with your doctor, pay any outstanding bills, and view lab results. You will receive a link from our clinic to create a Patient Ally account.  There is no charge for correspondence for questions through the portal or phone.  If it’s a problem that requires more of an intake or physical exam, it may be requested that you come in for a visit or schedule a telemedicine visit.

Pager: For all primary care patients, we offer pager access outside regular business hours.   Using the pager service costs $40.  If you have a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.  If you have an urgent concern during business hours, call to schedule an acute visit.

Telemedicine

Most insurance companies are now covering telemedicine visits comparable to in-office visits.  Many visits can be conducted via telemedicine vs. in-office.  Your deductible/copay may still apply to this type of visit.

You will receive a link through your email from your provider the day before or day of prior to your appointment time.  You can click on the link at your appointment time and enter a “waiting room” until your provider is ready to connect with you.

Online Dispensary

If you are an established patient, you may receive prescriptions from your provider through Fullscript.  You can access it here: https://us.fullscript.com/welcome/onhm
